Our Money-Back Guarantee
If, for any reason, a HHS auditor determines that the materials supplied by HIPAA Compliance Solutions, Inc. (HCSI) are not HIPAA-compliant, you are entitled to a 100% refund of the applicable fees paid by you to HCSI. Our guarantee is valid for two (2) years from the date your HIPAA (original or renewal) plan is sent to you by us (as this is the maximum length of time a plan would be considered current, by HHS). For example:

If you paid us $995 for a one-clinic original plan and HHS found our materials to be non-compliant with HIPAA (within the 2-year life of the guarantee), you would be entitled to a $995 refund.

|
If you paid us a $225 renewal fee to update your plan and HHS found our materials to be non-compliant with HIPAA (within the 2-year life of the guarantee), you would be entitled to a $225 refund.

Generally, we guarantee what is, or was, under our control.
Generally, the guarantee does not cover HIPAA non-compliance that is outside of our control. This includes, but is not limited to:

Failure to provide HHS materials we have supplied you
|
|
|
Failure, by you and/or your designated Privacy and/or Security Official to perform their designated duties
|
|
|
HHS changes HIPAA standards after we supplied you materials
|
|
|
Your employees and/or contractors were not properly trained in a timely manner
|
|
|
Your employees and/or contractors fail to follow your procedures and/or our materials
|
If HCSI can remedy any HIPAA-non-compliance, at no monetary cost to you, HCSI will still pay you a 50% refund (in place of the 100% refund) to compensate you for your trouble.
